- 100% advance would be required to confirm the booking
- All requests for hotel accomodation can be mailed to
- Allotment will be based on availability and will be prioritized in order of receipt of application along with full payment
- A confirmation shall be communicated to the delegate by Email
- All payments to be in DD/Cheque in favor of “Conferences & Incentives Management (I) Pvt Ltd,”payable at New Delhi

- The above hotel rates are inclusive of bed and breakfast
- All changes or cancellation must be made in writing & will be subject to conditions mentioned below
- Below booking will be accepted minimum 3 nights block from 6th Jan to 9th Jan 2011
- All refunds will be made one month after the conference gets over
- Early check in and checkout will be charged at actuals
- Please note if we do not receive full payment as per the cutoff date then the rooms will be cancelled.
- In case of NO- SHOW in Hotel there will be no refund
- Credit card surcharge is applicable for VISA /MASTER @ 2.9% and for AMEX @3.9% respectively

| Deadline & Cancellation Policy |
- Please note that the last date for hotel booking is 1st September, 2010, after which rooms will be on subject to availability.
- For Cancellation received after 20th September, 2010 a cancellation charge amounting to 100% of total invoice amount will be charged.
- For Cancellation received after 20th August 2010 a cancellation charge amounting to 75% of total invoice amount will be charged.
- For Cancellation received after 20th July, 2010 a cancellation charge amounting to 50% of total invoice amount will be charged.
- For cancellation received after 20th June 2010 a cancellation charge amounting to 25% of total invoice will be charged.
