Registration Procedure
All applications should be made on the prescribed registration form (one form per delegate) On-line registration facility is available at the website. Registration forms can be downloaded from the conference website www.aicog2011hyd.com Please include additional amount of Rs. 60/- for outstation cheques. The registration form along with DD/Cheque to be sent by Registered Post/ Courier to the Conference Secretariat.
Registration guidelines
- Congress registration is mandatory for registration in work shop & CME.
- For any presentation, registration is mandatory
- All children above 5 year of age have to register as accompanying delegates.
- The original “Acknowledgement Letter/Receipt” must be presented at the registration counter.
- Please send two colour passport size photographs along with registration form.
- Faculty has to be a registered delegate.
- Post Graduate students should submit a letter from HOD along with Registration Form.
- ** Please fill the Registration form in CAPTIAL LETTERS only.
Confirmation Receipt
Receipt bearing Registration Number will be sent to all registered delegates. This must be presented at the Registration Counter, without which the registration would be treated void. The delegates must mention their Registration Number in all future correspondence.

Entitlement
Delegate’s conference registration kit will contain identity badge, program book, abstract book, invitations to inaugural function, cultural evenings and dinners and certificate of participation. Accompanying persons will not be allowed entry to the scientific sessions

Badges
The conference identity badge provided to the delegates must be worn at all times, as it contains bar coding and entry will be denied to anyone not wearing the conference badge on account of security reasons
Payment Options
Payment can be made by Demand Draft/Cheque (only for Indian Delegates) in favor of “AICOG-2011 Hyderabad” payable at Hyderabad and sent to the Organizing Secretary. Please include additional amount of Rs. 60/- for outstation cheques.
NOTE: Foreign Delegate to be paid in US$ Dollar equivalent to Indian Rupees mentioned
Cancellations & Refund
- For cancellation written request along with original “Acknowledgment Letter “Should be sent to Organizing Secretary before 30th November, 2010.
- Cancellations will not be considered after 30th November, 2010.
- Refund will be sent by cheque one month after the conference, an amount equivalent to 30% of the amount paid will be deducted as handling charges.
